John Pallatto has worked more than 25 years as a professional journalist, including more than 15 years in computer technology newspapers and magazines. He was one of the founding editors of Internet Computing Magazine when it launched 1996. He worked as a section editor, news reporter and feature writer at PC Week from 1984 to 1996. From 1992 to 1996, John managed PC Week's West Coast news team that covered Silicon Valley and Microsoft. John was also a first hand observer of the fast-paced eBusiness development process as a director and organizer of an internal publishing group at e-consultant Scient Corp of San Francisco from March 1999 to November 2000.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BA in English, John began his professional journalism career with the Hartford Courant where he worked as a news reporter and suburban bureau chief for nine years.

Amede Hungerford is responsible for managing Jamcracker's business development team and forging relationships with new Application Service Provider partners. Amede has over 12 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development in the high-tech industry. Most recently, he was at Hewlett-Packard Company and managed their partner programs for database and data warehouse partners. He was responsible for the company's partner recruitment, account management and strategic initiatives for partners that leveraged the sale of over $2 billion in HP computer servers. Amede spent over 10 years with Hewlett-Packard in a series of key management, marketing and operations positions.
Prior to joining Hewlett-Packard, Amede held product development and marketing positions with Intel Corporation and Exxon U.S.A.
Amede graduated Cum Laude with an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated with distinction and holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Fulbright has driven strategic planning, product and marketing strategy, branding, and operational execution at companies including SAP, Autodesk, and Software Publishing Corp. Most recently he was Vice President of Product Marketing at ePeople, where he drove its strategy to be the leading marketplace for IT services and support. Prior to that, Fulbright was director of product management at SAP Labs, focusing on Internet applications such as employee self service, business-to-business procurement, and customer relationship management. He served as Director of Marketing for CAD Products at Autodesk, and as product manager for Harvard Graphics at SPC. He also worked in advertising and public relations with J. Walter Thompson and Hill & Knowlton.
Fulbright holds a BS in international politics from Georgetown University, a JD also from Georgetown, and an MBA from the University of California/Berkeley.

Mr. Hubsher is responsible for identifying and signing key strategic partners such Jamcracker, Microsoft, Cisco, Hewlett Packard. Ron has over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development in the high-tech industry including having founded two software companies. Prior to UpShot Ron spent two years as a consultant providing strategic planning and business development of Internet products for clients. A former Management Consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Ron has worked with, and helped provide thought leadership for Fortune 500 companies on their sales, marketing, business and systems strategies.
Ron graduated with an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Ron has a Bachelors of Science degree in Operations Research from Columbia University where he was elected to the Tau Beta Pi, and Omega Rho honorary societies. Additionally, Ron serves on the Board of the Internet Business Services Initiative.
