Anne Burns Sena, Operations Manager for Cisco Systems

    Presentation Overview

PMO – these three letters are popping up all over companies and organizations. What is a PMO? How is a PMO established? What benefit does a PMO bring to an organization? How does a PMO bring value to an organization? Is it possible for executive leaders to understand and support a PMO? How do cross-functional PMOs work together to bring value to the organization?

This presentation will answer these questions and give a specific perspective on how a PMO that spans across a corporation can not only work, but be an organizational advantage and core competency.
