Her style and skill have resulted in the placement of successful executives in many high technology firms ranging from enterprise software to biotechnology and Medical Devices.
Laura has identified and recruited into executive management, sales, marketing, professional services, human resources and engineering management teams. In addition to traditional recruiting methods, she has also developed and implemented targeted recruitment campaigns for clients seeking unique and hard-to-find executive positions. Laura often locates candidates quickly through her extensive network of professionals using a variety of sourcing options to match to client requirements with candidate skills.
Laura is a Board Member of the Northern California Human Resource Association, the Institute for Management Consultants, and Achieve Kids. She is also involved with Northern California Pharmaceutical Discussion Group, Bio E2E, and the Bay Area Bioscience Center. Laura earned a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California Extension, is a Certified Management Consultant, and holds a BA degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
