    Eileen Boerger is currently the President of Agilis Solutions.  Agilis Solutions provides software development, maintenance and testing services for companies who build software, primarily Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) serving the high technology, security, healthcare, financial, distribution, transportation, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries.  Agilis Solutions unique blended delivery model combines locally based, highly trained project managers from Americawith a world-class software development center located in Vietnam.  

    Since joining the company in 2000, Eileen has primarily been responsible for building Agilis Solutions into a leading provider of outsourced software development services to ISVs.  Eileen has extensive experience in the development and maintenance of software products and tools. She also has managed the outsourcing of software development and maintenance projects to several countries, including VietnamIndia and New Zealand.

    Prior to joining the company, Eileen was Vice President of Operations at QualityLogic, where she was responsible for delivering Quality Assurance services. She also held a variety of management positions at Mentor Graphics Corporation, including Vice President, Intellectual Property Partnerships, Vice President of Design Flows, Strategic Business Unit, and Vice President of Corporate Engineering. Prior to Mentor Graphics, Eileen held a variety of positions at Unisys Corporation, including Vice President of Software Technology, Director of A-Series Software, and other software product development management positions.

    Eileen is currently a member of the Oregon Engineering and Technology Industry Council (ETIC), a public sector - private industry partnership focused on growing the capacity and excellence of Oregon's engineering and technology programs. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Software Association of Oregon (SAO) and the Women in Technology International (WITI) Foundation. Eileen has been recognized by Open Computing magazine as one of the "Top 100 Women in Computing".
