We all know that the venture capital climate has changed drastically. The good news is that there's still plenty of money. The bad news is that proving you have a market winner is much more difficult. VCs want to see many things, and one of them is a business model that works.

Your business model is the heart of your company. It's how you will generate revenues, how will you penetrate your market, and how, ultimately, you will become a viable, profitable company. If you're looking for venture funding, it's critical that your business model fits with the needs of the venture capital community.

This seminar is a SDForum favorite, earning rave reviews, and has been updated for today's market. It is designed for early-stage entrepreneurs and startup teams looking for seed or first round venture funding. During the morning you will learn:

    • How to build a business model from the bottom up
    • What VCs look for in a business model
    • How to plan and execute on your business model with venture financing until you can generate your own revenues.
