    Presentation Overview

For the past 10 years the new economy has been inventing and encouraging new words, new ideas, new e-Volving strategies, not to mention new headaches. Which words do you keep in your spell-check and which ones do you throw back? With the resource and time to market crunch still pounding away, managers are receiving no relief from the never-ending headaches over meeting project deadlines. Outsourcing is not a new word in their vocabulary, but Websourcing may be. Websourcing businesses promise more robust, timely and complete services than traditional companies can provide internally, they also promise technological expertise and leadership at a time of rapid and ongoing technological change. Take a look "under the hood" at several leading Websourcing and outsourcing models. Compare the new economy methods of outsourcing with the old. After this tour you may want to keep the word Websourcing in your vocabulary.
