    Program Overview

Venture Finance Workshop - Pitching VCs

You just walked into an elevator with John Doerr, and he pushes the button for the 17th floor. For the next 30 seconds, you've got him all to yourself. He looks at you, nods, smiles briefly. You clear your throat... and what do you say?

When your moment in the spotlight arrives, be prepared to tell your story - and make it concise, compelling, and complete. A good pitch and a solid, straightforward presentation can be the difference between getting a seed or first round investment, or having to make payroll with your Visa card (or not at all).

Join us for this unique Venture Finance workshop, and we'll show you how make your elevator ride worth remembering!

    What is it?

7 Roundtables, 7 Venture Capitalists. 49 spots for startup entrepreneurs eager to learn what it takes to get funded. Practice your pitch & presentation, and get feedback from VCs.

    Want to Pitch?

Come with a brief (1-3 minute) pitch to share at your table. You'll get direct and immediate feedback from a VC on your pitch and your company, and some tips on how to prepare for future investor presentations.
