If I'm So Successful, Why Do I Feel Like an Impostor?

Too often this sums up how many women feel about themselves.  Known as the "Impostor Syndrome", it's the feeling that you're not as good as everyone else thinks you are.  Many men also feel like impostors but it is more prevalent among women.  More importantly, men move forward in spite of the feeling whereas women often hold themselves back rather than taking on challenges which they fear may 'expose' their self-perceived shortcomings.

A panel of very successful women executives will share their experiences of feeling like impostors.  Yes, even the most accomplished women admit to having those feelings despite track records of repeated success.  They'll also give you tips on how to manage those feelings so you can continue to move onward and upward.
