    This presentation is designed to be an interactive discussion on best practices for creating MSI installs, customizing MSI installs and the benefits of MSI applications. Key areas of focus will include: Modes of Installation, Auto Repair, Advertising, Lifecycle Management and Conditional logic. Jeff will also touch upon the ability to provide customers with an easily customizable MSI application through the use of Tuner OEM.

    Jeff Greenwald, Strategic Account Technical Manager
    at InstallShield Software Corp.

    Jeff Greenwald is a Strategic Account Technical Manager at InstallShield Software Corporation, headquartered in Schaumburg, IL. Prior to taking on the role of Technical Manager, Jeff was a Senior Developer Support Engineer. He has played a key role in the evolution of the InstallShield AdminStudio Product. He was also responsible for managing the InstallShield Migration Lab, which successfully migrated thousands of applications to date. Jeff has also provided Windows Installer training for many of InstallShield's strategic customers and InstallShield employees.
