    Customers invest in software applications which often have critical impact on their business processes – they need clear assurances from their suppliers that the software is going to perform as expected. Software vendors are looking for long-term, profitable relationships with their customers – they need their customers to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements and validate and support their product directions. Transparency between customers and vendors is badly needed, yet often very hard to establish. In this half-day SDForum event in Santa Clara on October 25, we’ll present vendors, customers, lawyers, and analysts, who will present and debate their views and recommendations.
