Heinrich Gantenbein, Principal architecture Consultant with IDesign
Heinrich Gantenbein is the Principal architecture Consultant with IDesign, a premier .NET architecture consulting and training company. Heinrich will give a brief overview of the security features in .NET for smart clients and web applications. He will explain how Code Access Security can be used to significantly improve system security. Heinrich will present a concrete strategy for the system administrators. He will finish by showing how software engineers can use this tool protect their code from certain classes of attacks.
About The Presenter
is a Principal architecture Consultant with IDesign (www.idesign.net), a premier .NET architecture consulting and training company. Heinrich is IDesign's expert in .NET security, Java to .NET migration and interoperability. His customers include Microsoft and BEA. He participates in Microsoft's Preview Labs to give feedback on future .NET technologies. Previously, Heinrich was the Director of Engineering for Excite@Home, where he managed large teams which developed multi-tier applications for the domestic and international markets. Heinrich is also the developer track speaker at the Microsoft Security Summit in Raleigh, NC, Phoenix, AZ, San Francisco and Santa Clara.
