Security SIG: First-hand perspectives on successful security start-ups
The Monthly Meeting of the Security SIG
For our next Security SIG, we're fortunate to have two complementary first-hand perspectives on successful security start-ups.
First, Robert Simon, a general partner at Alta Partners, will discuss security industry trends and the types of companies and technologies they are most likely to fund right now.
Second, we'll have a company that Alta decided to invest in. Stefan Petry, the VP of Product Management with nCircle, will present their vulnerability management technology and market approach -- what got them funded and what's made them successful.
