    Speaker Profile

    Mark Zawacki

    Mark Zawacki, managing partner, member of the board of directors and chief rainmaker of ExpertEyes, brings more than 15 years of experience in international business management and strategic business development to the company. At ExpertEyes, Zawacki leads the North American business development team.

    Prior to joining the ExpertEyes team, Zawacki was vice president of business development at Protégé, a privately held investment firm and incubator assisting U.S. technology start-ups expand into the UK. As vice president of business development, Zawacki initiated partnerships for European expansion with companies such as AvantGo, Sandpiper Networks, PlaceWare, FaceTime Communications and GlobalSight. He secured many business initiatives with companies in the customer relationship management, wireless/mobile, and enterprise application integration market spaces.

    Zawacki previously served as a management consultant at CSC Index, the strategic consulting division of CSC. During his tenure, Zawacki advised European and Asian multinationals on corporate strategy, organizational development, operational improvement and technology issues. Prior, Zawacki working in operational and technology roles at Symantec.

    Zawacki holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado. He also holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Rochester. He is frequently a panelist and/or moderator at technology industry conferences and forums.
