- Angel Vina, CEO & Founder, Denodo Technologies
Founder and President of the Board of Directors of Denodo Technologies, and CEO of the Company. He got his PhD in Telecommunication Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid in 1987. He has been postdoctoral research visitor at UCLA and Stanford University (1989-1990), and professor at several universities. During the last ten years, Dr. Viña has guided Denodo’s progress from pre-corporate status as a university research group through commercialization, VC funding and current global expansion.

Mr. R. James Green has been Chief Executive Officer of Composite Software, Inc., since April 2003 and also serves as its President. Mr. Green served as Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Software AG USA, Inc. (Formerly webMethods Inc.) from August 2000 to March 2003 and served as its Chief Scientist from April 2003 to September 2003. Before joining webMethods, Mr. Green co-founded Active Software Inc. in September 1995 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer since October 1997, which webMethods acquired in August 2000. He established and managed the distributed objects program at Sun Microsystems, Inc., a provider of network computing products. He has been Chairman of Composite Software Inc. since 2003. Mr. Green served as Chairman of Active Software, Inc. since April 1996. He has been Director of Tidal Software, Inc. since January 31, 2007. He served as a Director of Software AG USA, Inc. since August 2000. He served as Director of Active Software, Inc. since November 1995. He served as Director of Engineering of Sun Microsystems, Inc. from 1988 to 1995. He also served as a Director of KnowNow, Inc. Mr. Green is also recognized for leading the team that developed the Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA) specification, an industry standard for distributed objects. Mr. Green holds B.A. from Hanover College, M.S. from North Carolina State University and M.S. in Computer Science from San Jose State.
