This presentation will provide an overview of community initiatives types, present success stories, and provide tools to assess the role of community in your own organization.

Dylan assists multi-nationals, fast-growth startups, non-profits and educational institutions to leverage digital technology to engage their audiences and reach business goals. Dylan has been recognized with local and national advertising awards. He is also vice president of the Zete Kids children's charity and an instructor at the Lee Capizoli Leadership Training Institute. He blogs and speaks occasionally, but he should really do more of both.
