Topic: Marketing ROI: It's Simpler . . . and Way Harder . . . Than You Think.
Marketing has come under fire for the past decade to show ROI and demonstrate its contribution to enterprise success. Inexpensive web-based tools, such as Google Analytics, promise to help, but do these tools really give us the actionable? A similar question can be asked about home-brewed or off-the-shelf marketing dashboards and scorecards. So how do we manage the unmanageable complexity? How do we measure not just what we can but what we can actually act upon?
In this presentation, Marketing Operations Partners founder Gary Katz shares how best practice companies of all sizes have learned how to align marketing initiatives to business outcomes. Gary will provide practical guidance on how to apply a Marketing Operations mindset in your organization, no matter its size, to define, track and measure marketing metrics that matter. He'll also share six drivers that justify enterprise investment in a dedicated Marketing Operations function.
