SOLD OUT! Career Series: Pick up that Phone!

  • That initial phone call can make or break your chances at a great job. Don't blow it. Find out how to prepare for, make, and follow-up on your calls that will produce great results.

    Carol Carson (bio), HROneChoice

Do you ever put off making a phone call? Do you wonder, "What's the best time to call?", "How should I introduce myself?" or simply "What do I say when?" You're not alone! Many people suffer from "telephobia" - the fear of making a cold call or even calling an acquaintance as part of their job search.

In this interactive workshop you'll learn phone techniques that will result in eight times as many interviews as just mailing your resume and waiting for them to call you. You'll become an expert in how to prepare for, make, and follow-up on your calls. You'll be in control with telephone techniques that you can use for the rest of your life!

This is a members only event. If you'd like to learn more about membership or would like to join, please visit our membership page.
