We all need to "sell ourselves" whether we are interviewing for a job, negotiating a promotion or raise, presenting a proposal, or working to get an idea across to someone. Your level of self-confidence and communication skills help you either be accepted…or not…depending on how others perceive you.

    Topics include:

    • Basics of communication and communication 'styles'
    • Responsibility in communication
    • Rapport—the ability to 'tune-in' and utilize the client's communication style
    • Asking Questions—discovering others’ motivations, strategies, and criteria

This interactive workshop is intended to help anyone who would like to more easily get through the interviewing process with more ease and grace.
