    Back by popular demand! Ed Zschau Jr. will be hosting another Career Building One-on-One session with members of SDForum. Need to revamp your resume? Make a functional change? Network into a specific company? Switch industries? This session will give you the boost you need to leverage your skills, gain a competitive edge and make a positive change in your career!

    Mr. Zschau is founder and principal of Inductus Associates, a retained executive search firm placing middle and senior level executives in sales, business development, marketing, professional services and operations roles. Inductus works with venture-backed firms in enterprise software, Internet infrastructure, eCommerce and wireless. Inductus works with no more than three clients at a time. Inductus was formed in March 2001 and is based in Santa Monica.

    In addition to executive search, Ed works on a gratis basis with professionals and executives on resume writing, career search strategies, networking approaches and professional development. In the last year, Ed has provided gratis consulting services to over 200 individuals seeking career advise or a career change.

    Ed brings 15 years business experience to executive search. Most recently, Ed was Director of Business Development at Sameday.com, a supply chain event management software firm. He also served in business development or general manager roles for Ticketmaster-Citysearch, Netzip (a division of Real Networks) and Portland Software. Ed also formed and ran a professional minor league baseball team and worked in strategic consulting for Bain & Co. and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Ed has an MBA from Stanford and an AB in Politics from Princeton.
