This presentation looks at the various benefit options available to startups to provide for their employees in their rapidly growing business. Our presenter Helen Hou, a highly accomplished financial advisor and business benefit specialist, will be facilitating a two part series of workshops to educate startups on what types of benefit packages would best suit their needs. In addition to the workshop on beginning benefits Helen Hou will also conduct a presentation on how to keep “key employees” content in a world where highly skilled individuals are in great demand. Part two in Helen’s series is aimed towards more mature companies and will focus on more in-depth benefits that will be necessary to keep your “key employees” fulfilled and possibly lure great candidates to your successful business.
