    The Future of Health Innovation is a two day gathering that will take you on a trip through the individual’s "health life cycle" and look at innovative solutions to optimize the health care system, with a focus on:
    •    Promoting healthy living and Preventing diseases
    •    Enabling better management and sharing of data between physician, hospital, pharmacy and patient
    •    Optimizing the use of resources in Primary Care, Hospitals and Medical Clinics
    •    Reducing costs related to Rehabilitation through Home Care
    •    Improving Diagnostic and Rehab Processes through Technology
    The conference is at the same time an encounter of best practices between Denmark and California; two regions with great potential for closer collaboration in all areas of health innovation.

    The Future of Health Innovation features health industry stake holders, including executives from private companies, public participants, health care providers, health promoters, hospital executives and researchers.
