Anu Shukla - Founder & CEO, RubiconSoft

    Presentation Overview

Marketing can be difficult to measure and manage, more so than any other department. With Engineering, you can tell if the product works or not whether you're working with lines of code or integrated circuits. With Sales, you can measure both activities (sales calls) and results (purchase orders), and manage accordingly. With Marketing, it's often difficult just to agree on a definition. Yet Marketing is the glue that holds together high-tech startups. Without Marketing to define the product, Engineering can't build and Sales can't sell, no matter how talented.

To help us understand marketing from a founder's perspective, we're delighted to announce this month's guest speaker, Anu Shukla, the founder and CEO of RubiconSoft. Not only is Anu an experienced marketer who has held executive positions at several publicly-traded companies, she built her first startup on the concept of marketing automation. A former model, Anu knows that marketing encompasses form and function, image and substance.

As usual, we will restrict attendance to the first 25 founders and CEOs that sign up, so sign up fast!
