    Rohan Mahadevan, Co-founder at Aftermind

    Rohan co-founded Aftermind with the intent of revolutionizing the after-sale market. He has been overseeing the company's strategy, business development, and technology roadmap since its inception, and is currently actively involved in sales and alliance formation. Before co-founding Aftermind, he was the first employee of PrivateOne (subsequently acquired by Xoom.com, NBCi), and was also involved in founding another venture backed start-up. Prior to his entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Mahadevan held a Prize Fellowship position at Cambridge University, and was an avid speaker at a number of international conferences. He holds a BS in Physics from Caltech, and a Ph.D in Astrophysics from Harvard University.



    Aftermind provides a complete solution for automating the management, sales and renewals of service contracts. The solution provides service organizations within manufacturers with the ability to manage and interact with their internal sales departments, multiple distribution channels, resellers and customers. The scalable software application typically targets service revenues of up to fifty percent of product revenues. Manufacturers can rapidly deploy Aftermind's modular product suite to maximize after-sale profit margins. Aftermind's offerings include off-the-shelf support contract and installed base management applications for manufacturers of networking equipment, test and measurement devices, software, IT products and high-end consumer electronics. The company is privately held and funded by leading venture capital firms such as H&Q Asia Pacific, Sumitomo Corporation, Parker Price Venture Capital, Allegro Capital, as well as other angel investors.
