Engineering Leadership SIG: Keys to Crafting a Highly Effective Programming Culture
The software industry was launched just over 65 years ago when the world’s first stored program computer was born. Since that time, we have witnessed a continually expanding workforce of programmers whose numbers now reach many millions around the world. Establishing a highly effective programming culture is a must for any company whose product is, or relies upon, software. This talk will outline the keys to crafting such a culture, highlighting the challenges that managers at companies and organizations will face in doing this successfully.
