    Topic: Mashing Up The Enterprise

Presenter: Ali Kheirolomoom, Vice President, Business Mashups Products, Serena Software Inc. - www.serena.com

    Presentation Summary:

Mashups are one of the hot trends for 2008.  Perhaps the first successful example was HousingMaps.com which shows real-estate for sale on a Google map.  There are many such examples in the consumer web.  But wthin the enterprise we haven't seen the floodgates open yet.  In this session, Rohit will discuss characteristics of mashups and factors that are holding back their adoption within the enterprise. He'll also review available tools for creating mashups and demo Serena Business Mashups, which includes Mashup Composer, a point and click design tool, where users can build mashups and deploy them to on-premise servers or into the cloud.

Ali Kheirolomoom, Vice President, Business Mashups Products, Serena Software Inc.
