    About the Presenter

    Rauer L. Meyer, Partner in the Technology & Intellectual Property Group, Thelen Reid & Priest

    Mr. Meyer is a partner in the Technology & Intellectual Property group of Thelen Reid & Priest in the San Francisco office. He has extensive experience counseling in the protection of intellectual property rights in technology, trademarks, software, copyrights, and trade secrets. He represents domestic and international clients in negotiating licensing agreements as well as distribution, transfers, and other transactions involving technology and intellectual property. Mr. Meyer also has many years of experience counseling clients on franchising, antitrust, and sales and marketing laws. Mr. Meyer is a graduate of Brown University and Harvard Law School.

    Lotta Alsén, CEO and Founder, Creative Futures

    Creative Futures was founded by Ms Alsén in 1997 and has worked with some of the largest corporations in Sweden. Until recently she was CEO and co-founder of MsFreckles, an Internet-based media and channel company. Previously, Ms. Alsén was Secretary General for Junior Chamber Sweden and an executive management trainee at Nestlé. Ms. Alsén also works as a speaker, board member and advisor to companies, organizations and individuals in both Sweden and in the US. Ms. Alsén has an MSc in International Economics. Ms. Alsén has been frequently in media and is a contracted speaker.



    Creative Futures, Inc is a consulting company based on complexity thinking. They act as a paradigm shifter and help clients to move from a "Knowledge Society" to a "Flow and Pattern Society". Creative Futures offers speeches, consulting, think tanks, discovery tours and coaching. Creative Futures is based in San Francisco and in Sweden, where Creative Futures was founded in 1997.
