VC Roundtable - Meet three VCs in the Software/Services sector
Come meet three VCs whose firms have made new investments in the past 30 days and get a perspective on what kinds of companies they are looking to fund and the challenges ahead. A few key questions that will be addressed include:
    1.  In order to raise a Seed or Series A round of financing how much progress (customers, revenue, product, etc.) does a company need to have 2.  How long does the process take to close a round of financing 3.  What specific sub-sectors are they looking to invest in 4.  What type of ownership percentage should a company expect to give up for a Series A round and has the percentage changed since the downturn
The audience will drive the conversation, so come prepared with a lot of questions for the VC panel
