Tom is a founder of Bizlaw.com, a boutique law firm in SF focused on startups, angels and take-outs. Bizlaw works with CEO’s to implement legal strategies on contracts and funding deals that help new ventures succeed. Tom also is an active investor and Co-Founder of the Harvard Angels, the HBS global angel investment group. Tom also works with Accelerator Ventures in San Francisco and New York, running deal structures and operational matters for the fund.

James is a co-founding partner of BCLG. His practice includes representation of corporations and other business entities in a variety of business transactions, such mergers and acquisitions, venture financings and other private offerings of equity and debt, formation of corporations and limited liability companies, project finance and various other general commercial transactions. James has significant experience representing and counseling energy, technology and clean-tech companies and serves as general counsel to many of his clients.
