    SDForum together with executive recruiting firm Kathryn Ullrich Associates, Inc. is offering this career development program called Getting to the Top.

    Presenter: Kathryn Ullrich, founder of PANW/ATW, has been leading a series of Getting to the Top career development programs with Stanford and UCLA business schools for three years. Through interviewing panels of senior leaders, she has been exploring how successful leaders in the industry leverage the necessary knowledge and skills to get to the top. She will share findings from her book-in-progress and lead a panel of senior executives on discussing tips and best practices for advancing to the next level in different functions, including:
    -What are the career paths to these roles?
    -What leadership or management skills helped them move up the career ladder?
    -What skills or disciplines are important to master for these roles? How do they differ by function?  -What mistakes provided the greatest learning?
