Long time security practitioner Larry Dietz, a licensed attorney in California, and recognized expert on revealing the practical aspects of complex regulations will lead a dynamic interactive sessions. Hypothetical situations are used to explore nuances and alternative approaches.
About The Presenter
Lawrence Dietz, Director, Solutions and Strategy for Symantec has over 30 years of military and commercial information security experience. Previous roles have included senior market research, marketing and customer support roles. He is a licensed attorney in California and retired from the Army Reserve as a Colonel after 27 years of intelligence, PSYOP and information operations assignments. He holds BS in BA, Northeastern University; MBA, Babson College; JD, Suffolk University; LLM in European Law from the University of Leicester in the UK, and MS Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
