    Speaker

Bill Joos, (Bio), VP Entrepreneur Development, Garage Technology Ventures

Before you can pitch your company to raise funding or attract strategic partners and alliances, you've got to perfect your positioning. This 2-hour workshop will provide you with a systematic approach to help you better determine your all-important market definition and value proposition statements. These two statements form the foundation for all other communication vehicles used by your company: mission statement, elevator pitch, executive summary, overview slide presentations, and business plan to name a few.

Bill Joos is a co-founder of Garage Technology Ventures and as their VP of Entrepreneur Development, he has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs on this very topic truly making him an expert on positioning and elevator pitches!

This workshop is designed for members of the senior management team of technology startups. Ideally, at least two members of the senior management team should attend so in this hands-on workshop setting they can work together on the material.
