    Garrett McGowan

    Garrett McGowan is an International Program Manager in Microsoft's Developer Division. He has been working in the field of software internationalization for seven years. His current projects include Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System.
