Marketing SIG: Role of Strategic Community for Early Stage Startups

  • Topic: Role of Strategic Community for Early Stage Startups
Presented by:  Brad Reddersen, CEO, Stranova

Something every “been there, done that” entrepreneur knows is the importance of surrounding themselves with the right group of strategic partnerships from the beginning.  Even though this is even more important than ever in the highly-connected business world of the 21st century, for many different reasons many first-time entrepreneurs line up their strategic networks at best by accident.  These reasons often vary, but common ones include overly extreme concerns about secrecy, a lack of understanding of which strategic partnerships may be most important early on, and too much ego on the part of the founders.  This presentation will explore case studies illustrating how success can take off even faster with the right early partners in place, as well as show you how to consciously design, attract, and leverage the power of the best possible strategic community for your startup.
