Having a compelling and clearly articulated positioning strategy is always a critical success factor for companies. However, the unforgiving market environment in which we have been living lately, makes it even more important that teams take the time to craft a positioning strategy that encompasses both the company and its products/services. This session will include a pragmatic discussion of the 'whys' and 'hows' of positioning. As well as tips for execution of it in the current tough market.
