    Please join us for the fifth annual Silicon Valley conference. Throughout the years, our focus has always been on growth and exit strategies, and within that focus we have presented timely speakers and advice for CEOs of software and IT companies. The first conference took place at the very bottom of the software market, in 2002. Geoffrey Moore delivered a keynote address on strategies for selling software in a hostile, paranoid environment. Subsequent conferences focused on themes such as the recession, shrinking IT spending and a moribund IPO market. In 2006 we were back with an aggressive agenda promoting growth and value creation through the resurgence of SaaS and a rebounding NASDAQ. This year we are focusing on two central themes that have been extremely prevalent among recent IPO, M&A and investment targets: Private equity recapitalization transactions, and Web 2.0. We will also welcome a buyers panel that includes luminaries from Yahoo, McAfee, Intuit and other leading companies, and an informal discussion with CEOs who recently sold their companies.
