    Using the Myers Briggs Personality Type Test as a basis, learn how to improve your ability to build positive relationships in the workplace by responding appropriately to different styles. Get agreement, buy-in and stay out of harm's way by understanding the different personality types in a workgroup and how you style will likely react.
