    Presentation Overview

Outsourcing and offshoring are one of the hottest topics in the news today. Various "experts" and commentators have lined up to praise outsourcing for its efficiency or to condemn it for eliminating US jobs. To quote Chuck D of Public Enemy, "Don't believe the hype." Lost in the controversy are the very real questions that we, as founders, need to answer: How will outsourcing and offshoring affect my business? How critical is it to create an outsourcing strategy? How can it help me? How can it hurt me?

Rather than calling on outside "experts" for advice, this month's Founders Forum meeting will focus on our personal experiences, either as an outsourced service provider, or as an outsourcing customer. I encourage anyone who is interested in buying or selling outsourced services to attend and share your experiences with your fellow founders.

As usual, we will restrict attendance to the first 25 founders and CEOs that sign up, so sign up fast!

Pre-registration is recommended -- seating is limited.
