    This presentation of will show how the product suite CM9® meets the challenges of business process management – including managing the process of project management itself.

    Speaker Bio

    Victor C. Walling Ph.D.

    Dr. Walling received his PhD in innovation management from Stanford University. He began his career as a business strategy consultant at SRI International, Menlo Park, California in 1975. From 1985 to 1991 he headed the Royal Dutch Shell IT Application Strategy unit. There he led business process redesign efforts for operating company executive teams. He moved to Unilever from 1991 to 2001. While still based in Europe, he played a similar role; assisting corporate executive teams in conceiving, testing and implementing business changes to meet competitive threats caused by technological change.



    Currently Dr. Walling is based in Silicon Valley and is a founder and principle consultant with Organizational Engineering. This company is a VAR and a consultancy. He works with companies to apply corporate modeling and simulation tools to the business process improvement challenge. This includes initial strategy formulation all the way through to design of effective IT systems support for ongoing operations.
