James Davies, VP Marketing & Business Development, Accept Software

    Presentation Overview

Pressure on software companies has never been greater -today’s economy requires nothing less than clinical execution when planning and executing new products and releases. In meeting this challenge head-on, executives, product managers, and project managers alike must replace gut feel, hallway discussion, and spreadsheets with robust product planning processes and solutions. Only with the right processes, tools and market intelligence in place can companies confidently launch a stream of winning products – products that meet or exceed customer expectations and align tightly with corporate goals and objectives.

Eric Finch (Director, PRTM) will provide valuable insight into successful release planning practices. Drawing directly from experience working with some of today’s most innovative high-technology companies, Eric will offer both ideas for effective strategic and tactical product planning (and integration between the two) and also their effective implementation.

James Davies (VP Marketing and Business Development, Accept Software Corporation) will examine how companies can leverage a new breed of planning tool – enterprise product planning solutions. James will show how such solutions readily solve the planning challenges of today and will offer practical advice on their implementation.
