About the Presenters
Mr. Keenan is the CEO and chief analyst for Keenan Vision, a San Francisco-based market research firm for the Information Technology industry. As an international information technology strategy consultant, Mr. Keenan services the needs of companies of all sizes, ranging from brand-new startups to the world's largest transnational corporations. As a respected industry analyst, Mr. Keenan is frequently quoted in industry publications as well as The New York Times, Business Week, and The Wall Street Journal.
Prior to founding Keenan Vision, Mr. Keenan was a director for Zona Research, a business development and marketing manager for Oracle Corporation, a researcher and IT manager for biotech giant Genentech, as well as a small business owner. Mr. Keenan earned a bachelor of science in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University.

Mr. Levy, is President and CEO of ECnow.com, a training business service provider helping companies transition its employees, partners and customers to the Internet age through off-the-shelf and customized on-line and on-ground training. He is the author of E-Volve-or-Die.com, Executive Producer of ECMgt.com, an on-line E-Commerce Management (ECM) e-zine, Chair of comdex.biz at Comdex Fall and Chicago, the Founder and Program Consultant of the premier San Jose State E-Commerce Management Certificate Program, and the Chairman of the ECM Institute. Mr. Levy was at Sun Microsystems for 9 years, the last 4 of which he managed the e-commerce component of Sun's $3.5 billion supply chain. He is a popular speaker, lecturing on ECM issues throughout the U.S. and around the world.
