    Presentation Overview

    CRM is back

CRM is back. After a market tumble in 2001, the Customer Relationship Market - fueled by On-Demand and Open Source - is growing at double digit growth rates. Join SugarCRM CTO and Co-Founder Jacob Taylor as he presents on how SugarCRM gained 1,000 CRM customers in two years and built one of the largest open source communities on the Web. Jacob will discuss the company's business and technical strategy and its efforts to foster a thriving community and partner ecosystem through SugarForge.org and SugarExchange.com. He will also review the integration SugarCRM has built with JasperSoft Business Intelligence and how Sugar offers the most customizable CRM in the marketplace.
