    Presentation Overview

Dissolving the Myths of Customer Relationship Management

When most people think about Customer Relationship Management, they imagine a costly solution that takes years to implement and often fails to deliver on its promises. Customer Relationship Management is often associated with complicated hardware and software that requires intense effort from IT and Development personnel.

An alternative is to use an online service. The advantages of online services are discussed and contrasted with a client/server implementation. The respective Total Cost of Ownership is compared, and examples of online services are given.
