    "Why do we do what we do?" In our conversation with Doug we will look at our roles as engineering leaders in the changing and emerging economy and business landscape / ecosystem. This dialogue between Sam Hahn and Doug will stimulate engineering leaders to think outside of our current cubicles and take on a perspective of leading the way into a "new society".
