    “Come attend a panel discussion and pitch feedback session with the Harvard Angels, one of the largest university based angel groups in Silicon Valley.   The Harvard Angels is the alumni angel investment group for alumni of Harvard Business School and Harvard University and its related graduate schools.  The panelists from the Harvard Angels will talk about their approach to investing and nurturing early stage ventures, how Harvard Angels uses its alumni network to help its portfolio investments and what has worked for prior presenters in raising funding from the Harvard Angels.  We will take up to 8 presenters to give 3 minute pitches – pitch cutoff date is February 18th.  Please send all pitches to [email protected]

    Dinkar Jain is a Product Manager at Google, leading Google's Mobile Local Search effort and a member of Selection Committee for the the HBS Alumni Angels. He advises young startups in the Bay Area and was previously a management consultant in the Boston Consulting Group's Tech & Media practice. His editorials on a range of subjects have been featured in the Huffington Post. He has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.\

    Nicholas Henderson -
    Mr. Henderson is the Director of Corporate Development at Internet Securities. In this role, he cultivates strategic partnerships and customer relationships with the objective of maximizing revenues and capitalizing on key business opportunities. Prior to Internet Securities, Nick Henderson was an Executive CFO at CFO Wise, Inc. and Partner at Grizzly Peak Capital. Mr. Henderson was also an active investor and executive in the mobile and radio industry sectors. In the radio industry, he led a number of roll ups as well as mergers and acquisitions involving various radio companies. Nick started his career as an engineer at Intel Corporation. He holds an M.B.A. from U.C. Berkeley’s Walter A. Haas School of Business and a B.A. from Harvard University.

    Tom Cervantez -
    Business Counsel Law Group, LLP ( As a partner with Business Counsel Law Group in San Francisco, Tom Cervantez works with emerging companies, venture funds and computer software and hardware providers. He advises clients in matters involving securities, capital structure planning, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing and licensing transactions. He also advises domestic companies expanding into foreign markets, and international companies seeking investment or product distribution in the United States.

    Sean Jacobsohn -
    Sean is a Venture Partner with Emergence Capital Partners. He joined Emergence Capital after being an executive and advisor at portfolio companies YouSendIt and Doximity, respectively. In addition to being a sales and alliances executive in the technology enabled services space for thirteen years, he is co-founder and co-President of the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels, the largest university-affiliated angel group in the world.

    As VP of Worldwide Alliances at YouSendIt, a cloud collaboration solution with over 30 million users, the company ranked the 55th fastest growing company in North America on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 with a 4-year revenue growth of 2291%. Prior to YouSendIt, he was VP of Channel Management at Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), a human capital management software-as-a-service provider, which had an IPO in March 2011. Sean helped grow the company from $7 million to $75 million in revenue and 300,000 subscribers to over 7.5 million, the second most of any software-as-a-service company in the world. Before his tenure at Cornerstone OnDemand, Sean was VP Sales and Partner Development at WageWorks (WAGE), a leading provider of consumer-directed spending solutions, which had an IPO in May 2012 and grew from $3 million to $82 million in revenue during his tenure. Prior to WageWorks, Sean was at Elance, the world’s largest marketplace of contractors. He has also held finance positions at Major League Baseball and The Prudential Realty Group.

    Sean has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he's on the HBS Alumni Board, and a BBA in Marketing, Finance, and International Business from University of Wisconsin. He's competed in 2 marathons and 12 triathlons, including Escape from Alcatraz three times and the Kona half ironman.
