  • The Coach Approach in Engineering Management
    In this interactive presentation, Marita Fridjhon will lead participants through an exploration of relationship systems coaching, illuminating the commonalities between the coaching and engineering processes. Leveraging these, participants will activate and practice a new set of leadership skills that support effective interactions with human systems.
    Marita Fridjhon Bio
    Marita is co-founder and CEO of CRR Global Inc. CRR Global trains coaches and other professionals in the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) approach. A consultant to several large organizations and mentor to a large number of practitioners in the field of Relationship Systems work, Marita designs custom curriculum and operates training programs in Relationship Systems Work for coaches, executives and teams.
    In 2012 Marita co-designed the “Leading from the Next Level” course for the Agile Coaching Institute of which she is a faculty member. She has been working closely with Lyssa Atkins and Michael Spayd – both ORSC Certified Coaches in this endeavor.
    In addition to training and direct client work, Marita is a dynamic public speaker and known for her ability to create relationship with her audience while providing hands-on tools to participants. Just last month she delivered a session on “The Speed of Change and the Demand for new Leadership Models” to a standing- room only International Coach Federation Conference. Marita came to this work from an extensive background of Clinical Social Work, Community Development, Process Work, Family Systems Therapy, Business Consulting and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
